Twenty six EKIONA URBAN model solar street lights have been installed in the coastal municipality of Orio, belonging to the province of Gipuzkoa.
 
The lighting solutions feature LED luminaires, KENLOK intelligent control unit to manage all the parameters of the lights in order to reach an optimized functioning, and ILUMEK remote management system to remotely control the installation. It also has a presence detector that increases the luminous intensity when detecting the passage of pedestrians in their proximity, making this installation much more efficient.
 
The installation of these solar street lights has allowed to illuminate in a correct and efficient way a road near the Hermitage of Saint Martin.
